MTZ Altitude Construction is a Vail Valley-based residential construction company providing full-service general contracting with over 8 years of hands-on experience.
Owner Gerardo Martinez-Hernandez is a local to the Vail Valley and a graduate of Battle Mountain High School. With a strong background in both structural construction and finish work, Gerardo built MTZ around the belief that quality results come from direct involvement — not just coordination from a distance.
What sets MTZ Altitude Construction apart is our hands-on approach. While we coordinate all aspects of construction as a general contractor, much of our work is performed in-house. This allows us to maintain a higher level of quality control, consistency, and attention to detail throughout each phase of the project.
